Intro to Pilates
This introductory 30 minute mat class is free for first timers who are new to Pilates.
Learn the basic Pilates principles including how to activate your abdominal muscles.

Mat Pilates
For anyone who has completed Intro to Pilates or has practiced Pilates before. Using various equipment to modify or progress as needed. 40 minute class.​​
Casual $15 / Four class pack $50
Stretch and Release
A lovely class to roll out and release tight muscles and mobilise joints. Suitable for anyone. Roller and band required. 40 minute class.

What do I need to participate?
Comfortable clothing like leggings and a t-shirt, a towel and drink bottle.
For Virtual classes, participants will also need:

Zoom - This is an app that you can download for free to your phone, tablet or laptop. When you book and pay for your class, you are emailed a link to Zoom. Just click to join the class. You should be approximately 1-1.5 metres from the camera

Resistance or Loop Band (fabric is best)*

Optional equipment including Magic Circle (good quality to avoid breakage) and Weights (1 and/or 2 kg)
